Self-brewing face masks are the most popular and easiest way to make optimal use of Dead Sea mud.

You can combine shea butter, clay, vegetable oils, plant extracts and more.
A recipe for a mud mask for deep cleansing
Component:
1 tablespoon natural Dead Sea mud
1.5 teaspoons cucumber seed oil
5 drops of mint essential oil
5 drops of tea tree essential oil
Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl (not metal) mix the Dead Sea mud and cucumber seed oil.
Then, add the essential oils and mix well again.
User manual:
The best and most correct way to use face masks is to use them fresh and preferably immediately after preparation.
Make sure the face is clean, place a damp, warm towel on the face for a few minutes to help open the pores.
After removing the towel, generously apply the mask on damp skin, avoiding smearing on the eyes, nose and lips.
After application, cover the eyes with slices of fresh cucumber, lie down calmly for about 15 minutes.
Then, rinse the mask from the face with lukewarm water.
Finally, apply your favorite face cream.
Body mask / body wrap in mud
Masks or body wraps are a great way to nourish your body from head to toe.
You can use Dead Sea mud as is or add ingredients as you see fit and make the recipe more complex.
Body treatment using mud takes time, so make the time necessary to enjoy a therapeutic spa - do it yourself.
Components and equipment:
Dead Sea natural mud in a container that can be heated
Microwave or hot water bath
Plastic sheet or old cotton sheet (you do not mind staining)
Nylon map
A warm, heavy blanket
Clean paintbrush (optional)
A splash bottle for water
Before treatment:
Start drinking water, about an hour before treatment and make sure we are saturated with water.
Make sure the room is warm and cozy, more fun to wait for the body mask to dry in a warm and not cold room.
The best treatment will be done by another person, who will help spread the mud and cover it afterwards.
You can start with a Dead Sea salt bath, aromatic and refreshing, combined with brushing the skin to help remove dead cells and improve blood circulation. Preparing the body in this way will improve the results of the mud treatment.

The mud should be heated by immersing the container with the mud in a hot water bath (Ban Mary) or in the microwave at intervals of
30 seconds. Once the mud is hot it should be mixed well.

It is important to be careful and keep the mud warm, therefore, wrap it in a towel or leave it in the hot water bath.
Before use, be sure to check the temperature so that it is not too hot.

The mud should be applied all over the body with your hands or with a clean paint brush. Avoid applying mud to open wounds.
If you feel that the mud is about to dry out, you can spray a little water or hydrosol on it.
If the treatment is like a body mask, wait for the mud to dry for about 15 minutes.
If the treatment is a mud wrap, lie on a plastic sheet or old cotton, after applying the whole body, cover the body with a blanket, and stay lying down and relaxed for about 30 minutes.
